Sun joins the party in Delaware
Wednesday, October 10 2007 @ 04:47 PM EDT

Now it's Sun that is asking for all notices of every kind, formal or informal, written or oral, in the SCO bankruptcy. Oh, and Missouri would like its tax money. So I'm seeing that there will indeed be a creditors' committee. But who will get to chair the committee?

When the creditors meet, it's going to be like dinner with a large and seriously dysfunctional, complicated and nuancedly neurotic family, where the siblings will discuss how to divide up fairly their recently deceased mother's personal effects, some of which have already mysteriously disappeared.
