You'll notice that for the first time that I've seen, the list of folks getting notice of Novell's proposed orders includes the SEC's Office of Investor Education and Assistance. I hope that is the right address, because there was apparently a change in August. I think it's called the Office of Investor Education and Advocacy now.
I told you people would use this case in classrooms someday. Joke. Joke. I don't know what this means. But one can't help but notice. And I'm guessing my thoughts are very much like yours.
