Yesterday, I mentioned that today was the deadline to file the Final Pre-trial Order. Now there's a stipulated motion in SCO v. Novell for an extension until August 17 to file it. And there is an Order granting the stipulated motion to extend the time to object to Rule 26(a)(3) disclosures.
