Both sides have sent their letters to Judge Sue Robinson in the Red Hat case, as they must every 90 days, to bring her up-to-date on what is happening in the IBM lawsuit. We have made arrangements to obtain those as soon as they are available to the public. Delaware has its own system, and until the judge reads them and releases them, they are not available. In AutoZone news, there was a letter from SCO sent to the judge that the court received yesterday. It has been forwarded to the judge's chambers. It isn't on Pacer, and ex parte communications are not imaged the way a motion would be on receipt. Ex parte communications are frowned on in Nevada, I'm told, precisely because they are not in the normal, public loop. We'll have to wait to see what has happened, so this is just to let you know that something has happened. I know some of you have been tracking deadlines and have been wondering if SCO plans on moving forward or not in this matter.
